St Andrew’s Theological College (SATC) is committed to respecting your privacy. This Policy shall be subject to the provisions of the Data Protection
Act, Chap. 22:04 of the Laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof.
SATC’s website is structured so that, in general, you can visit SATC on the web without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Once you choose to provide us with personal information you can be assured that it will only be used to support your customer relationship with SATC. Personal information means information about an identifiable individual that is recorded in any form including, but not limited to: –
- information relating to the race, nationality or ethnic origin, religion, age or marital status of the individual;
- any identifying number, symbol or other particular designed to identify the individual;
- the address and telephone contact number of the individual;

SATC provides this Privacy Policy, which is to be read together with our Terms of Use, to make you aware of our practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. What we collect
When you request information or interactive services through this site, we need to know your e-mail address or, in such instance where you require something to be sent by post, your name and postal address. In order to tailor our subsequent communications to you and continuously improve our services, we may also ask you to voluntarily provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, experience with our services and contact preferences.

Choice
SATC will not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without first informing you and also offering you a choice. Further to this, SATC will not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent.
As previously stated, we will also provide you the opportunity to let us know if you do not wish to receive unsolicited communications from us and we will do everything that we can to honour such requests.

SATC strives to keep your personally identifiable information accurate. Links to third party websites on SATC’s website are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave this site. In this regard, SATC does not review all the content on third party websites and does not control and nor is responsible for any of these sites, their content or their Privacy Policy. Thus, SATC does not endorse or make any representations about them, or any information, software or other products or materials found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. SATC is committed to ensuring the security of your information. We design, build and run our systems to make sure that your data is as safe as possible at all stages, both while it’s processed and when it is stored. For example, SATC uses encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. All personal data is stored in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
